The flavor is very realistic to the flavor of a burning cigarette, very similar to the taste of a relit cigarette after it has been put out.
(Like all of our traditional flavors, there is no real tobacco in this blend. It's flavoring!)

Closest Flavor to Traditional Cig!
5 Stars for being the closest in flavor to a traditional Cig I've found. This is what smokers trying to switch need to have in their new devices. Unfortunate Name though.

A Full Flavor Heaven
Ok, so I read the warnings, which only made me want to try it more. Got it, and filled my pv with it. Whoa. As a full flavor, pack a day smoker since I was a wee teenager, I am impressed with Dirty Ashtray. It does taste like a burning analog, and leaves that analog aftertaste on my lips for a minute too. I like it, love even more that I have the taste, feel, and nicotine of the real thing but I can do it indoors wherever I want. Many thanks to ECBlends for this wonderful flavor offering. Dirty Ashtray makes me feel like I really am cheating, and getting away with it!

Was hesitantt at first...
but oh my god this is amazing it truly tastes like an analog! So many tobacco flavours I have tried elsewhere have been a huge disappointment so I am extremely happy with this juice, Will definitely be ordering the biggest bottle I can get my hands on soon!

Love It!!
I've been vaping this one for a long time ...it's one of my favorites when I want a real tobacco taste. In my opinion, this is the closest, best one ECblend makes. I get it as is, 60/40 blend. You really do need to let it steep for a while to truly appreciate it!

All of the reviews are correct.
This is perfectly nasty, as indicated by some reviews, and tastes too strongly of black pepper, as per others. I ignored their urging to start with the smallest size and went with 15 ML, and am glad I did. I add a few drops of this to my tobacco or coffee juices, and I get that perfect touch of smoke and ash with a coffee or tobacco aftertaste.

it really is realistic!
When I first got this, I tried it, and I thought it was ok, fairly realistic, but a bit on the sweet side, almost a maple kind of flavor. So I let it sit for a week in a dark drawer, shaking and uncapping from time to time... and now, it really is good, and very realistic; you don't get that hard sweet edge so strongly, but it's quite smoky and subtle, very much like a real cigarette, really excellent for those like me who are just making the switch from smoking to vaping. I hope it will improve even further with more aging, but it's darn good even with a week's age on it -- too bad you had to name it such a horrid name to get the attention of those of us who WANT something that tastes like a cigarette! Anyone who's been quit for a while, you probably won't like it, it's so realistic. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of that lingering sweetness; otherwise it's excellent, nothing "dirty ashtray" about it.

Magical!
I have tried so many tobacco eliquids to get something that smells like cigarette! Boom!! This is it. I smoked Marlboro Lights and of an on it does have that smell. Cigarettes don't smell awesome even to smokers and this is what it is. However, I have to say that it took me back to 90s when one could smoke in Casinos and man I did feel I was in Casino and smelling various cigars, cigarettes and what not in one moment! It is subjective...but I love they way it smells and tastes!! Also, ECBlend is very generous (they gave me 2 gifts)with exceptional customer service (called me back to correct on the comments they had made to my inquiry).

Big bottle always on hand...
And always great. This flavor and new red box are the 2 flavors I would take with me on a desert island. Dirty ashtray has a very rich and satisfying burning tobacco flavor, but its way better than the real thing. It has some sweetness, some light caramel taste and a strong punch of smooth tobacco. Nice dark amber color and the taste and vapor production is golden. Throat hit is perfect too at 18-24mg. Highly recommended.

Pretty Good. Taste the closest to a cigarette I think
This flavor is surprisingly good. It taste like a cigarette, just without the lingering taste of a real cigarette. I think this is the closest you can get if you want a true cigarette flavor.

Have to agree with most here
I can understand why a lot of people wouldn't like this. It's got kind of a harsh throat hit smells almost like a fresh smoke. It does not have the tutti-fruit-ti or sickening sweet taste some want, but to each their own. What ever you vape has got to be better than the alternative so who am I to knock your choice. For me, this will help me stay away from the analogues and that's why we're doing this, right? However, if you do decide to try it, like the warning says, try a sample first. It might take some getting used to.

What the heck did I just vape lol
This has to be one of the craziest flavors I have ever tried. Its a solid full bodied tobacco on the inhale ,Tastes like the tobacco from apple tobacco. Then unexpectedly on the exhale you get that dirty ashtray flavor. Which is absolutely spot on, it really tastes and smells like a dirty ashtray. But if your one of those people just not finding that cigarette replacement then I would suggest this one. My fiance fell in love with this on first puff and proudly exclaimed "THIS IS WHAT I WANTED!" Im ordering a big bottle now. This review is based on first day after spending a week with USPS.

One of...If Not THE Closest to a Real Cigarette
At first it had a slight perfume taste, but that went away fairly quickly (after a few days). I have been searching for a cigarette tasting liquid but almost all the others have that "green" tobacco taste and were too sweet. "Dirty Ashtray" is very, very close to the taste of an analog. I got 7 Leaf, (New) Red and Fresh Pack at the same time, but for me, Dirty Ashtray was the most like a cigarette. FWIW, I got 24mg and the 50/50 blend. While the name is pretty nasty, the liquid is very good...and the EC price...hard to beat!

- Words commonly known as vulgar, offensive, controversial or copyrighted words will be changed.
- Names of ECBlend products and names with the word "Dragon" in it will be changed.

E-Liquid Returns
Due to the personal nature of the product, ECBlend is unable to accept returns on E-Liquid products. Taste is subjective to an individuals taste and variables of different devices, including temperature/wattage preferences. We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on E-liquid products. We highly recommend trying a 5mL sample bottle of E-Liquid to find out if it is good for your personal tastes. See our E-Liquid Satisfaction Guarantee below.
Custom E-Liquid: If you have received a bottle of E-Liquid with the wrong flavor, incorrect nicotine strength, or base mix, please contact Customer Care within 10 days of receiving your order.

Applies to Non-Custom E-Liquid only*: We know you will love many flavors from ECBlend and we want you to feel comfortable with trying as many 5mL samples as you are interested in. If you are not happy with your sample, let us know. We will credit your account with the cost of the E-liquid sample so you may try another flavor on us!

Hardware Returns
Manufacturer’s Warranty after 14 days: Many hardware manufacturers offer their own product warranty. If you experience an issue outside of the 14 day return period offered by ECBlend, please contact the manufacturer for additional information. Keep all packaging, inserts, and warranty card of the product for duration of the vendors warranty. Most vendors require all included materials to be sent with the product return.
Returns to ECBlend within 14 days: For sanitary and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items if they have been opened: Hardware including, but not limited to personal vaporizers, clearomizers, cartridges, replacement coils, pods, drip tips, batteries, rebuildables, parts or accessories.
Contact Customer Care if you require a Return Merchandise Authorization number for defective hardware. Hardware items may be returned within 14 days of delivery date covering any manufacturers defect. Items found to be Dead on Arrival (DoA) must be made within 48 hours of the delivery date.
Any other type of damage caused by mistreatment or misuse of the product will not be accepted. After 14 days, please contact the manufacturer of the product for return/warranty information (See warranty insert in product packaging). Products that have been used and are damaged, scratched, dented, or have visible wear and tear will not be accepted for returns.
Returned items are tested by ECBlend. Products damaged by user error or modification of the product may be returned at the customers expense. Products in working condition are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Merchandise Authorization:
All returns must be pre-authorized by our Customer Service Department. An RMA number will be issued for authorized returns. Returns received without a valid and authorized Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will either be disposed of, or returned at the customers expense.
RMA's expire after 30 days, items received after 30 days will not be processed and may be disposed of, or returned at the customers expense.

Including images and detailed videos with your initial Help Desk ticket may expedite the troubleshooting process.

Exchange: Unopened, unused items may be eligible for exchange in the form of store credit only. Eligible products must be unopened and in unused condition may be returned within 30 days with a valid authorized Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Items returned in unacceptable condition will be held without refund and returned at the sender’s expense. The initial cost of shipping incurred during the original purchase is not eligible for refund or credit at any time.
Incorrect Item Received: In the unlikely event that you should receive an incorrect item, contact Customer Service for assistance and return authorization for replacement. Once the item has been received and processed, the correct item will be shipped out to you at no charge. All items received incorrectly must be returned unopened. If the item has been opened, it is not eligible for return.
