The flavor is like absinthe without the alcohol flavor. It does have a smell but I think it smells amazing and so do others people. My second order was max VG low PG with the same extra flavor shot and a 12 on the nicotine strength and it was just perfect. The delicious anise herbal flavor and on the exhale it's smooth and sweet. This is a wonderful all day cape for me. Ordered another 50 ml bottle today and I cannot wait for it to arrive. I will say that it gets better if you let it steep but it is still awesome when I first get it. If you like absinthe give this a try. It doesn't have a nasty Yeager cough syrup flavor or stench.
