We are currently shipping to most zip codes.

PACT Act requires Adult Signature Verification when ENDS products are shipped.

The additional shipping cost of Adult Signature Verification is to cover that fee charged by the carrier. Free shipping is available on orders over $150 to help us both defray those costs.

Shipments that do not contain ENDS products:

Shipments are shipped via USPS; or

Pickup in one of our affiliate retail stores (if near your location) (no charge); or

PickUP DropOff ("PUDO") Network, thousands of retail stores across Canada and United States.

Package is delivered to Retail location. Rates are slightly lower than USPS. Requires you to pick up at a retail location near you.

Shipments containing ENDS products (In all shipping methods, you will be required to show ID)

USPS in authorized areas and circumstances (rural, Alaska, etc); or

Pickup in one of our affiliate retail stores (if near your location) (no charge); or

Third party courier delivery service. Rates are $1-2 higher than USPS Priority mail and includes Adult Signature; or

PickUP DropOff ("PUDO") Network, thousands of retail stores across Canada and United States. Package is delivered to Retail location. Rates are slightly lower than USPS. Requires you to pick up at a retail location you select during checkout.
