STEEPING: Although most ECBlend E-Liquids taste great right out of the mail, some get even better when 'aged' or 'steeped'. This is especially true of complex blends, tobacco products, our N Crème series.

E-liquids taste a lot better after properly aged!

When you just can't wait... Just received a custom blend? Try This!

• Seal the bottle tightly and air free (to keep it from floating) in a zip lock bag, then seal it again in another (tightly sealed and air free also). (Place the bottle in the bottom of the bag and rolling it up helps to press out any air.)
• Place the bottle in hot tap water (not boiling) and let it sit for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
• Remove the zip lock bag and shake the bottle vigorously for 30 seconds or longer.

The combination of heating and shaking will help speed up the steeping process. We recommend repeating this cycle a second time with fresh hot water. This process can be repeated as many times as needed to completely blend your E-liquid.

An ultrasonic jewelry cleaner is also a very good method to speed up the steeping process.

• Fill the ultrasonic cleaner with hot tap water, and double seal the bottles in zip lock bags (see above)
• Let the ultrasonic waves steep your E-liquid for 15 to 30 minutes
