You will know the nicotine levels are too high when:
- you inhale and the back of your throat burns or feels uncomfortable. This could also be too much PG in the mix, too low of resistance and other reasons
- you feel dizzy, light-headed or get a headache
- you experience nausea, vomiting, or break out in a sweat

TOO LITTLE NICOTINEWhen the body becomes accustomed to a certain level of nicotine, vaping a nicotine level that is too low may cause you to vape and smoke cigarettes at the same time.
When your nicotine level is lower than what you are used to, your body will crave the normal dose of nicotine.
This causes some vapers to return to smoking.
Symptoms of too little nicotine include

- food cravings,
