Kanger eVod Bottom Coil Clearomizer (empty) - Made from Polycarbonate plastic. (See Polycarbonite note below)
Fits any eGo 510 threaded battery. Fill with your favorite ECBlend e-Liquid.
Kanger eVod Clearomizer with approx 1.8ml eliquid capacity and replaceable bottom coil atomizer head.
The eVod has an approx 1.8ml liquid capacity with replaceable bottom coil atomizer heads. The Bottom Coil design allows for superior wicking and maximizes flavor. Compatible with eGo threaded batteries and most other eGo threaded electronic cigarettes.
NOTE: The EVOD threads on to the eGo cone threads not to the 510 connector threads, to use this on 510 threaded battery will require a 510 to eGo adapter.
The metal tank sleeve is windowed to view the eliquid level.
The replaceable coil screws into the bottom cap of the eVod clearomizer. Simply unscrew the bottom cap and replace with a new head without the need to empty your remaining liquid from the tank.
To fill the evod, turn the clearomizer upside down, and remove the bottom thread assembly. Tilt the EVOD at a slight angle, fill with 2.4ml of your favorite ECBlend e-liquid. Do not allow liquid to flow in to the cnter air hole tube. Replace the bottom thread assembly, wait 2-3 minutes and it is now ready to be used.
Be sure to check and tighten the Bottom coil, after filling with liquid. This will ensure that no leaking will occur.
A CLEAROMIZER is a hybrid type of tank. It uses a wicking system to bring the e-liquid up to the heating coil. (These type of hybrid tanks work better with higher PG base mixes (i.e. 70/30, 80/20) Thicker base mixes wick slower and you may occasionally get a 'burnt flavor' due to this. Tip the tank towards the side with the wicks to help saturate them.)
How much E-Liquid is still in the clearomizer is easily seen. This is very important in knowing how much e-liquid is left in the tank and helps avoid burnt taste that comes from letting your cartomizer go dry.
Easy to clean, and Clearomizers are generally larger than a regular cartomizer.
Capacity: Each unit holds approx 1.8mL of e-liquid.
About Resistances: Higher 3.0 and Up ohms resistance provides a cooler, smoother vape with less throat hit.
Low to Standard Resistance measures 1.25 - 2.7 ohms. Lower resistance tank cartomizers provide greater heat and vapor which results in greater throat hit. Low Resistance Cartomizers are NOT recommended for thin, pen-style devices. They will work but can damage the battery and lower the expected life of the battery.

Simplify filling with Blunt Tip Needle Caps
For best results, make sure the wick is fully saturated. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to allow for saturation.
AVOID HARSH BURNT TASTE: Incorrect filling, not filling completely, excessive voltage, or letting it go 'dry' (not re-filling) may result in a harsh burnt taste.
On Clearomizers: If you get a BURNT taste, tilt the clearomizer so that the liquid makes full contact with the wick. This is usually a sign you need to add more e-liquid to the tank.

Unbeknownst to me at the time, I purchased two knock off Evods from my first B&M store when I first started vaping. Now that I have two genuine Kanger Evods, what a difference! Good hit, plenty of vapor and a great flavor. Reasonable shipping time considering the storms between Oregon and Florida. Thanks ECB!

I got my Evod BCC tank from a brick & mortar store here in Cleveland, b/c I wanted a higher ohm level (2.2 ohms) than what ECB has.
I've had my Evod for a couple of weeks, and let me tell ya, the hype is true! Never had a problem with leaking. (Don't over-tighten!) Outstanding flavor, great throat hit, excellent vapor production, and less hassle than topping off a cartomizer all the time. The only reason I deducted one star is because the Evod isn't available in glass. Flipside, the poly Evod isnt as heavy as the glass Aro. It's a preference thing.
Went to YouTube and learned how to clean the Evod BCC head before changing flavors. It's not hard!
Note: I know they look alike, but SmokeTech Aro BCC heads will not fit in an Evod BCC tank. The base of the Evod is a little smaller than the Aro's.
Evod BCC's are recommended in my book! Hope ECBlends starts carrying the heads in higher ohm levels!

I have found a winner for the bottom coil. Running 3.7 volts with 1.8Ω produces a comfortable 7.6 watts. And with the shorter chamber doesn't allow for too much cooling so I still get a nice tickle in my sinus when I exhale. Be careful not to over tighten the head into the base as I guarantee you it will not just leak but flood all the juice from your tank. I'm glad that I discovered EC Blends carries this product, and they happen to be the only one of my suppliers that carries the tank already set up for 1.8Ω.

I grab two of these with every order. I love the simplicity and the design and they work well. Only downfall is mine get a burnt taste every once in awhile because I tend to chain vape but setting it aside for awhile fixes that. About to order another two or three. Love them!

I just love these. They don't leak, taste clean.
I find them to be like the CE5s, but with much less hassle.
The only thing I can say bad about them is, they dont hold much juice, and 2 out of the 3 I have had, have this "Factory" taste to them. I now believe its the "O" rings on the changeable heads. (I washed it with soap and water)

I love this tank. haven't bought them from ECblend but am super glad they have them here now. If they could get the coils to go with them even better.

I've been vaping a few years and have been ever searching for the perfect clearo and I think this is it... great cool and full vapor, easy to use, holds a respectable amout of e-juice and has a replacable (super easy screw one out screw the new one in)coil set up. Super impressed. No leaks! I'm using 1.8 ohm on my reg ego and ego mini with a 70pg/ 30vg juice mix... sweet...

I see another reviewer had a problem with leaking. I have been using an EVOD for 3 months now with no leakage whatsoever. Mass produced products like these sometimes throw out a dud. Performance wise, these can't be beat. Say goodbye to dry scratchy hits, and the flavor and throat hit are outstanding. Also, the coil heads are cheap and easy to replace. I rebuild my own coil heads, which can be done in about 5 minutes. For the price, A WINNER. Try one, you won't be disappointed!!

Started leaking almost immediately. I had to add a seal from another clearomizer to stop the leak. It would also be better if you could unscrew the top to clean it better.
On a more positive note, the wicks do stay wet better because of the design (no need to tip it). However, I will probably not be ordering this one again. There's better.
